I found this amazing recipe in my Okarche cookbook. Lisa used to cook this in the breakroom at work for our lunch. Really YUMMY!
Ingredients:
1 Head Cabbage, shredded
1 Onion, sliced
2 – 3 slices Bacon
Salt to taste
Soy Sauce to taste
Fry bacon and onion in skillet until almost done. Add cabbage and cook on high heat until cabbage is translucent. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and soy sauce. Stir, remove from heat, cover and let steam for 2 minutes. This is good served with stir-fry chicken or as a vegetable dish.
